Why you might love this opp:

We're thrilled to be partnering with the incredible Snow Foundation; a family philanthropic organisation that's known for working alongside bold leaders and driving initiatives tackling some of Australia’s toughest social issues. Whether it's advocating for gender equality, closing the gap in First Nations health, or supporting grassroots social enterprises, they have a rich legacy of embracing innovation and backing the trailblazers who are creating meaningful social change in the community.

💡 Backing bold ideas, early: Snow Entrepreneurs exists to catch visionary/impact founders at that crucial moment between spark and scale. It’s how ReLove’s circular economy solution is transforming rescued furniture into fully furnished homes for families leaving crisis, and how Clean Slate Clinic is bringing safe detox care to people who’ve never had access before. Alongside initiatives like Foremind, Warrior Woman Foundation, Humans of Purpose and Deadly Runners, this is where bold ideas get the backing they need to thrive — and communities feel the impact.

⚡Impact in action:  In 2025 alone, the Snow Foundation invested over $16M tackling everything from women’s safety and Indigenous health to scholarships, homelessness, and human rights. A key part of this work is the Snow Entrepreneurs community, which now includes 20+ founders and a growing alumni network driving measurable change across Australia.

✨ As Program and Engagement Officer: You’ll be a key support behind the Foundation’s most dynamic programs — using your organisation prowess and relationships to build capacity across the for-purpose sector and keep everything running smoothly. One day you are helping engage entrepreneurs in the program, locking in retreat logistics and chasing up actions after meetings so that everyone feels supported and engaged. The next, you’re tracking impact data, prepping decks and keeping the moving parts (especially a busy entrepreneurs network) connected. Your behind-the-scenes work is what keeps the program sharp, seamless and full of momentum. Expect variety and genuine opportunities to learn and contribute across philanthropy, sector capacity building and community engagement.

🕶️ Your style: You’re a detail hawk with great judgement. You love the support craft; admin done to an excellent standard — and you take pride in demonstrating initiative while polishing outputs so the team shines (think: decks on-brand, briefs clear, data tidy). You can read the room and know when to run with something vs. check in. You enable and amplify — positive, reliable and ready to jump in!

💬 How we work: We’re a high-trust, high-performing team that blends sharp strategy with practical action. We work closely across programs, share openly, move fast when it counts and back each other to get great work done. You’ll slot into that rhythm — reporting to the Impact and Engagement Manager and collaborating with program partners, entrepreneurs and the wider Snow team to keep everything connected and humming.

⚡ The detail: This role is based at Hub Hyde Park, Darlinghurst, with a hybrid model across 4–5 days a week. Salary will be aligned with market rates and discussed based on experience. Full working rights in Australia are required.

🌟 Bonus: We know great coordinators come from all kinds of backgrounds. You might have sharpened your skills in corporate, government or the community sector — or built your coordinating chops through volunteering, small teams and grassroots projects. Either way, if you're ready to use your skills to back people doing good, we'd love to hear from you.

What's involved:

The balance of work (and your job title!) may shift over time but to start:

〰️ 50% Program Coordination & Support

You’ll keep the program humming — meetings running, timelines tight and every detail on point. From written reports and presentation slides to tracking data and evaluation tools, you’ll turn moving parts into clear, simple systems. As the Impact & Engagement Manager’s right hand, you’ll anticipate needs, turn big ideas into practical steps, and keep momentum going so leadership can stay focused on strategy knowing the details are handled.

〰️ 25% Community Engagement & Communications

You’ll contribute to keeping the Snow Entrepreneurs network alive and thriving - coordinating updates, events and stories that connect people and spark ideas. From WhatsApp chats to partner spotlights, you’ll find smart and dynamic ways to bring energy and ease to every interaction.

〰️ 25% Events & Operations

You’ll make every gathering run like clockwork — from retreats and online workshops to community events. You’ll handle the details with ease, liaising with venues, speakers and suppliers to keep things smooth from start to finish, and ensure learnings and content flow neatly back into the program. From time to time, you’ll also lend your skills to broader Foundation projects — helping the team deliver other key initiatives.

Key criteria:

🤹 Master Juggler: Every season brings a new rhythm — selection rounds, retreats, check-ins, alumni moments. You’re the one who keeps the beat steady as everything around you shifts gears. One day it’s panel prep, the next it’s travel plans or grant follow-ups — and you love it. You thrive on keeping threads connected, details tight and relationships warm, so big ideas have the space to land.

🤝 Warm & Professional Communicator: Whether it’s a carefully crafted email, a timely Slack update, or capturing notes and action points in a quick meeting, your communication hits the mark. Stakeholders trust you, teammates love collaborating with you, and you know how to adjust your tone to keep things on track without missing a beat.

🧭 Sharp Operator: You bring clarity, care and great timing to everything you touch. You build trust quickly and make collaboration feel effortless — knowing when to step in or step back. You’re the quiet force that smooths the edges, lifts the load and makes it easy for great work to fly.

🌟 Action-Oriented and Self Starter: You’re not one to sit around waiting for a playbook. You see what needs to be done, take action collaboratively and adapt along the way. Whether you’re problem-solving on the fly or iterating on feedback, you're committed to high-performance execution that’s creative, confident, and driven by the Foundation’s values.

🎨 Digitally fluent: You treat tech like a well-stocked toolkit — Canva, Miro, shared drives, Office, AI tools and whatever comes next. You pick up new platforms fast and use them to keep things flowing, speed things up, and make the work shine.

🌱 Purpose-driven – You're motivated by work that makes a difference and ready to bring your skills to back people doing good. You align with Snow's values of humility, collaboration, empathy and commitment — and you bring that spirit to how you show up every day.
