Two Good is a social enterprise which seeks to contribute to a world where every person feels worthy of love and respect. Through the creation of beautiful, high-quality food and products, we support, empower and employ women with lived experience of domestic violence, homelessness and complex trauma.

We have a busy catering kitchen where we employ vulnerable women in our employment pathways program, and we donate meals and care packs to community partners in and around Sydney.

What's involved:

The Landing is a vibrant, inclusive and high impact community space that connects the local workforce, schools, residents and community organisations of North Sydney. The Landing is nestled in the beautiful Victoria Cross Tower, above the new train station and the new Community & Events Manager will be responsible for bringing the community to life through activation, programming and operational management of The Landing.

Working closely with the Marketing team, the role is responsible for the following areas:

  • Community Programming & Activation through design, management and delivery of events, community-led activities such as workshops, school activations and exhibitions.
  • Work with and build relationships with the local community including schools, charities, tenants and first nations groups.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of The Landing, including bookings, event planning and logistics and booking system administration.
  • Contribute to effective communication and promotion of The Landing and promote storytelling on community engagement and social impact.
  • Implement, evaluate and report on a community impact measurement framework.
  • Effective budget management and planning around events and community engagement.
Key criteria:

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrable experience in community engagement, placemaking or program delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Operational and Event management experience.
  • Ability to report on and evaluate events and community engagement.
  • Passion for social impact and inclusive community outcomes.

In addition to this, you are passionate about social causes and can get behind the Two Good purpose of helping vulnerable women.
