We are seeking a skilled and thoughtful Impact Reporting Specialist to join our Partnerships team. This role plays a central part in helping UNICEF Australia clearly and powerfully communicate the impact of philanthropic support.
You will work closely with colleagues across Philanthropy, Brand and Programs to produce high quality, donor-focused communications that strengthen relationships with high value partners and inspire continued and increased investment in UNICEF’s work.
What's involved:
Your day will include
- Producing high-quality impact reports and stories for high-value partners, aligned to UNICEF Australia’s brand and voice
- Translating complex program and emergency information into clear, donor-focused narratives
- Managing key stewardship reporting, including mid-year, end-of-year and ad hoc reports
- Working closely with Partnerships, Brand and Programs teams to manage briefs, feedback and approvals
- Managing reporting schedules and timelines in line with partner and country office expectations
- Driving continuous improvement in partnership communications, including responsible use of AI tools
Key criteria:
We would like you to have the following skills and experience
- Minimum five years’ professional writing experience (e.g. fundraising, marketing, copywriting or business communications)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to simplify complex or technical information into clear, plain language
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines
- A collaborative working style and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders
- Alignment with UNICEF Australia’s values and a strong commitment to child safeguarding principles
