🚀 This is a hands-on, high-energy and flexible freelance role. You’ll work closely with the Founder & CEO and Head of Business & Operations - leaders with zig-zaggy, high-impact careers who know great experience doesn’t always come wrapped in a shiny degree. We’re big on hiring self-propelled doers who bring initiative, curiosity, and a knack for making things happen. You don't need to have done this before - if you've got transferrable skills, practical insights and proof you're a self-driven action taker then we're keen to hear from you.
🌀 You’ll sit at the centre of Ripple’s matchmaking magic - helping employers find purpose-aligned, future-fit talent, and helping more people put their skills to work in meaningful ways. From crafting standout job ads to elevating the candidate experience, growing networks, and streamlining backend systems and processes, this role blends strategy, creativity, and care.
🥤Your week? It may include spending time with founders or executives to understand their horizon and needs, crafting on-point job listings that are a magnet for the right talent, and getting listings into all the right places to build a high-quality pipeline. You don’t leave team building to chance - you'll be reaching out to Ripple members about fresh roles, reviewing applications, decoding career pivots, and lining up interviews with care.
🎒 Skills in your kit? You’re comfortable with tech and great at keeping things organised - whether that’s tracking comms, juggling admin, or making sure no detail slips through the cracks. You’ve got a knack for helping people feel supported, asking the right questions to understand what’s needed, and keeping things moving from start to finish. Maybe you’ve done this in a community role, a volunteer gig, or a small team where you wore lots of hats. With emotional intelligence, practical problem-solving, and a can-do attitude, you’ll jump in wherever needed and help Ripple run smoothly, every step of the way.

You’ll lead the charge on creating a thoughtful, effective, and human-centred candidate journey - from first impression to final outcome. You’ll work closely with clients to define their needs, craft job ads that are magnetic, and tap into networks to find future-fit talent with transferable skills and high potential. You're great at spotting strengths in non-linear careers and building trust quickly. You’ll help lift the quality of applications, reduce time-to-hire, and improve the experience for every candidate - whether they land the job or not. From interview coordination to feedback loops, every touchpoint will reflect care, clarity, and Ripple’s commitment to doing hiring differently.
〰️ 25% Network Engagement and Client Experience
You’ll help grow Ripple’s reach and reputation as the go-to for purpose-driven talent acquisition by deeply understanding the needs of business owners and executives. With a sharp focus on user experience and customer success, you’ll listen closely to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You know how to nurture genuine relationships, build community trust, and approach every connection with a partnership mindset—turning networks into long-term allies, referrers, and collaborators.
〰️ 25% Operations, Systems & Admin
You’ll help streamline how we work—getting general operations and admin systemised, while building automations, dashboards, and workflows that save time, surface insights, enhance user experience, and scale our impact. We're after someone confident with Airtable, Make.com, and no-code tools, with bonus points for AI prompt engineering chops.
