Stanford Venture Fellowship is a one-week, in-person program bringing a small group of ambitious applicants to the Stanford area. We welcome high school students, university students, and early professionals to apply.
Throughout the program, fellows will meet Stanford students, founders, researchers, and faculty while participating in sessions, conversations, and visits across the surrounding ecosystem.
A highly structured week alongside a cohort of 10 fellows from around the world.
Fellows will:
- Stay in the Stanford area for the duration of the program
- Participate in fully structured days with sessions, workshops, conversations, and visits
- Interact directly with Stanford students, founders, and faculty
- Experience a week designed to feel as close as possible to living inside the ecosystem
- Receive more detailed program information closer to the program
The fellowship is organized by Stanford students, alumni, and mentors. The program is intentionally small so fellows can spend meaningful time with the people involved. It builds on three years of programs and events organized by the team, with the 2026 cohort representing the program's global expansion.
The fellowship is supported through private funding, partnerships, and contributions from individuals connected to the program. This support allows the program to remain small and fully funded for selected fellows.
The fellowship is intended to cover core program costs for selected fellows, including participation in the program and standard travel and lodging during the fellowship week. Exact coverage details are shared before fellows confirm participation. There is no cost to apply.
The program will run for one week in May 2026. Exact dates will be released later.
Key criteria:
The fellowship is open to applicants from around the world ages 16+. We welcome exceptional individuals of all backgrounds—students, founders, researchers, and leaders—who demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a track record of building or creating meaningful things.
Applications for the 2026 cohort are open now. The deadline is April 4, 2026. Admission decisions will be announced at least one month before the program begins.
