🗣 Chief People Officer: Lead our People and Policy portfolio, managing recruitment, cybersecurity, and governance.

Key criteria:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and interest in international affairs
  • Demonstrated leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in volunteer management
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Ability to network and liaise with a range of high-level stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Confident in organisational governance and administration
  • Previous experience in policy, HR or recruitment role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a discipline related to international affairs
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents
  • Aged between 18 and 30 years of age
